With two queen sized bedrooms dressed in luxury linen, this home offers a peaceful haven for couples seeking a romantic getaway or families wanting a comfortable, spacious base to explore Mallacoota.
The entire home is thoughtfully designed on one level with no stairs, making it wonderfully accessible for guests who prefer easy movement or find stairs challenging. Everything — the open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient laundry — is right at your fingertips.
High speed internet supports remote work, streaming, and cosy family movie nights. Step outside onto the under cover expansive deck, perfect for alfresco dining, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscape. After a day exploring the national park, lake, beaches, or local walking trails, return to a home that feels calm, elegant, and welcoming. And when night falls, the sky puts on a spectacular show.
🐾 Dog Friendly – Please take care
We warmly welcome well behaved dogs because we know how special it is to holiday with your fur baby. Dogs may come inside when supervised but must stay off furniture and beds. The yard is securely fenced — please do not leave your fur baby in the house unattended. Approval required when booking. Please call Kerri at Mallacoota Real Estate for permission prior to booking. Dog fee: $100 per stay.
We allow dogs because we believe you shouldn’t have to choose between a beautiful home and travelling with your four legged family member.

• Bring your dog’s bedding, toys, and bowls.
• Mallacoota has many kangaroos — please keep dogs on a lead when walking.
• Ensure your dog is tick protected.
• Please leave the garden clean before departure.
• There are plenty of dog friendly swimming spots — pack extra towels.
• Leave the home respectfully as you found it for future guests.
If you require a jetty berth during your stay, please enquire when booking.

Bit of a shaky start with empty gas bottles and no iron or ironing board. Not all guests would require the BBQ or the laundry but we had been on the road for a while and were using this beautiful spot to 'regroup' before our onward journey. Kerri at Mallacoota Real Estate was very responsive when contacted and remedied the situation very promptly. Thanks again Kerri!Fabulous location and amazing views. Would definately stay again.

Set high on the edge of town with spectacular views across the Wallagaraugh Inlet and mountains to the NSW border, with Gabo Island lighthouse on the horizon, we were already inspired before we walked inside. For nature lovers, there are lyrebirds and koalas in bush nearby, kangaroos in the paddock below and regular eagles patrolling the coast.The house is modern and designed for soaking in that view from the spacious living / dining area, to the outdoor entertaining space and even the master bedroom. It is well equipped for an easy holiday, and just 5 minutes drive to all that Mallacoota has to offer. A memorable weekend all round!
