The dock just wish the lights worked on it hard to fish at night on it
Mold in the house the vent in bathroom literally fell out the ceiling with water behind it and the property staff cam in and tried to fix it but was unsuccessful was worked on while we were there trying to take time off from work with family this is the type of work we do so we were trying to get away from all of that stuff and smell they sent workers over without any notice as well as worker was dumping and cleaning ac parts in the bathroom sink with our toothbrushes on it then to not even fix it and have to deal with the water just dipping on the floor is just ridiculous and no one even came to apologize afterwards or even check to see that it was fixed and vent put back up we were left with a hole in ceiling the remainder of our trip and I brought 17 people down there and so I needed two places so I got another one trough another company (Vacasa) and it was night and day difference and cheaper and just am very unsatisfied about the state of the house the mold is there so the issue has been there as well as the back door does not lock even with the chain it can be access from outside with kids down there around the pool and fishing dock you would think they would have the door replaced so it can be secure to keep kids in but instead 10 minutes after I check out time we were not finished so property staff came on in and just started touching up the door for the next people so you cannot see where the paint was scrubbing off instead of just fixing the issue as well as the mold throughout the air vents and ceiling is very unhealthy for anyone really was expecting better or at least when it was discovered by me and brought to their attention been addressed, but I believe they know about it and just keep renting it trying to hide the problems instead of fix it, and the guest are left suffering I even brought up that screws were missing from the handrail.
