Sandra was the perfect host: welcoming, communicative and thoughtful. The house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for a 1 week stay for family with grandparents, teen and myself who had to do a bit of work. Thank you for the free, fast wifi! House has everything we needed for beach or mineral springs holiday. Fully equipped kitchen had pantry staples and spices. House sits on a saltwater canal and has a lanai—what a wonderful place for coffee while watching the periodic thunderstorms! Use of the garage was very important to us for security of our car and entrance in/out of house, especially when raining. The location is very quiet with very little traffic near the house, yet the main shopping/dining area and Publix was literally a couple miles straight up the road. Will not hesitate to book again when we return to mineral springs.

The host was very responsive to our communications. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. We had to rent it last minute because our house flooded and it was no problem for the host. The neighborhood is very safe with not many houses around. Highly recommend!
This didn't impact us, but the house is not wheelchair abled due to steps going into the home.
