Struttura bellissima, non è il classico resort gigantesco, è abbastanza compatto. Tutto il personale del resort merita un applauso per la gentilezza e la disponibilità verso gli ospiti, così come anche tutta l’animazione… stupenda con tantissime attività durante la giornata e di sera, insomma non ci si annoia mai.
Una menzione speciale per Ibrahim e Saddam (bagnino e security), Afhed (commerciale spa), Fabio e Riko (animazione), Ahmed del ristorante, Bechir nella hall e Rabia.
Vacanza stupenda, resa ancora più bella da queste persone.
Cibo ottimo, da italiano posso dire di aver mangiato qualsiasi cosa senza mai stare male e provato anche molti piatti tipici locali. I gusti e le spezie vengono usati ma non in modo eccessivo rendendo quindi i piatti mangiabili da tutti!

The staff overall in reception and restaurant was nice . The beach was excellent. One of the most beautiful in tunisia.
The room was changed and the manager was nice.
But humidity is the big issue of this hotel. No place for parking. Food is acceptable.
The biggest issue was the room. It had a strong musty smell due to humidity,. This is not acceptable for a hotel room and seriously affected our experience.
The parking area was very small and difficult to use. The security guard was also rude and unprofessional, which created a bad first impression. No place for our car and multiple guests faced the same issue.
The food was ok but they should lower the choice and increase the quality. Desert is the worst. Breakfast is nice but coffee is really bad.
As commonly seen in all Tunisia hotels , foreigners are more welcomed than locals Tunisians. They should change the mentality.
The hotel was full and crowded.
