Spacious, comfortable bed, nice view and very close to the most beautiful beach. Access to the gym in the building.
The check in process was really bad. There is no name for the apartment and I barely recognized that it's in the hotel. Even the hotel staff was confused. I waited 30 min in the line to reception just to find out that apartments are checked in deferently and that I need information from them. I called the phone number from booking - unavailable. I texted to book and some other person reached out to provide what is needed. After too much time I was in. The lock on the apartment doesn't work properly. The stove didn't work and there was no cutlery. I asked about that but never got a response. So it was impossible to get more information about anything because the reception is not in charge for apartments and the person who gets back to me doesn't respond anymore. Big potential was wasted on poor execution.
