Chambre très confortable et assez fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est bien situé, près de l'Alexander Platz, le U8 au coin, plusieurs lignes S à 2 minutes à pied.
Pas mal de choses à faire dans l'hôtel, qui dégage une bonne ambiance : la salle de sport, le bar, les activités de danse dans la cour (pas fait personnellement), la table de ping-pong avec tout de dispo...
Chouette séjour, même si qq bémols...
La chambre et l'hôtel sont propres "de manière générale". Mais les fenêtres étaient poussiéreuses, il y avait qq longs cheveux qui trainaient aussi. La cuisine (5e étage pour ma part) n'était pas propre, la faute aux autres invités égoïstes laissant des casseroles sales. Qqn a dû renverser qqch au sol, et cela a collé plusieurs jours de suite.
Le bruit du métro se fait entendre, mais avec fenêtre fermée (avec vue sur la cour intérieure), cela n'était pas trop dérangeant.

We liked the quiet apartment with the little kitchenette which enabled us to easily prepare gluten free food. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The 24/7 gym and the many spaces to hang out downstairs were great.
No hand towel for drying the dishes after doing them.

The location is very convenient, the bed is comfortable, and the blackout curtains work very well. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming.
I stayed at the hotel for an entire week, and not once did anyone come to clean my room. Halfway through my stay, I went to reception and specifically asked for housekeeping. I was told that guests staying for approximately one week are entitled to one room cleaning, but that it has to be requested in advance. I therefore booked the cleaning for Friday or Saturday. However, nobody ever came — the room was not cleaned, and even the rubbish was not removed. By the end of my stay, there were flies in the room. For a hotel in this price category, this is completely unacceptable.
The fire alarm was also a nightmare. Guests had to evacuate the building, but afterwards there was no proper explanation and not even an apology for what had happened. I expected much better organisation, communication and concern for the guests.

Hôtel agréable, équipe accueillante et à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de lignes principales de transport. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est simple et bon avec beaucoup d’options végétariennes. La salle de sport est étroite mais très complète en équipement, avec programmes de sport intégrés. Idéal pour contrebalancer les consommations excessives de bretzel. Possibilité de laver soi même le linge dans l’hôtel ce qui est très pratique !
Seul défaut : les odeurs de canalisations importantes dans la salle de bain. Il était nécessaire de laisser la chambre aérer la journée.
