We were really happy with the location because it is close to the Spree river with nice bars and restaurants but also close to Alexander Platz .. the room is okay and the bathroom is good too .. we used the kitchen a little bit .. overall we enjoyed our stay for a very reasonable price .. we will definitely come back, also because of the friendly staff at the reception
A coffee machine would have been nice in addition

everything was quite excellent, staff was really nice, atmosphere excellent and really everything. The noise insulation of the room was fine, although in front of the building a large new building is being constructed
except for the air-condition, which is "environment friendly" but could not stand up to the 30+ degrees. There should be an extra movable air-condition added on very hot days.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made our stay!
The rooftop bar was a fantastic space to enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and to watch the sunset over this amazing city.
All in all, fantastic value for money.
The double bed was against a wall which was a little awkward for the 2nd person.

Clean room.
Powerful hot shower.
Friendly bilingual staff.
Close to Ostbahnhof.
Firm mattress and only one pillow provided.
I think it is cheeky that room service is only offered every two weeks, so for guests staying longer term. Not sure that is reasonable.
Sound of trains even through closed windows.
Rooftop bar closed on weekends.
Close to train station, yes...but also overlooking a wasteland, a building site opposite and a very sad homeless community on the underpass just outside.
