This is an excellent hotel to stay in. Perfect city centre location right next to Ostbahnhof station so incredibly easy for travel. Local shops within walking distance too. The hotel itself is very clean with great facilities. I didn't eat there, but the €21 cost of breakfast seemed very overpriced to me (compared with other hotels I've stayed at).
The room itself was clean and reasonably well equipped, however no wardrobe or chest of drawers and only 3 coathangers provided on a hook for clothing! This isn't really good enough - if you can't provide a wardrobe, at least provide an adequate amount of coathangers! I noticed that the bedsheets had holes in too, so perhaps an upgrade required here. The room was attended to daily, but apart from the initial 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper, no more was provided. I bought my own, mainly so that I had something soft enough for my skin (the hotel variety might as well have been sandpaper!) and so that I had an ample supply.
Despite being next to a mainline train station, the soundproofing was excellent with the window shut. But in 26 degrees, I need some cool air in the room. Unfortunately I couldn't use the aircon as there were no instructions provided and trying to understand the panel completely defeated me!
The staff were friendly and seemed helpful. I will definitely stay here again and perhaps tackle my criticisms in person next time!

Stayed for 5 nights at the Moxy. Everything was perfect, friendly staff, clean rooms, good amenities, easy to get around Berlin from there with bus or metro. It has all you need for a comfortable stay.
