Disappointing with uncomfortable and squeaky sofa bed, and deposit fee that shouldn't be charged.

The apartment was in a great location with restaurants nearby. Lisbon is a big city and places can be far but near the apartment you can get to certain touristic locations by foot,

I booked the apartment for a family trip and the sofa bed was far from comfortable and it squeaked every time you made a minor movement. I felt very disappointed given that we paid for two beds and only one of them was appropriate for sleeping. Also, I was not happy that I had to make a deposit of the same value after I booked the place. It is the very first time this has happened to me so I do not know if this is becoming a usual habit when booking a place. And my last complaint is that I was not able to leave my bags before check in. I know this is not an obligation but after paying deposit and fee that comes included with it, the least the owner can provide is a place for future guests to leave their belongings like the majority of place permit their guest. On top of that, they recommended an app to leave our belongings somewhere else with a discount code.

A place to feel at ease.

Perfect location: a quiet area, but still close to restaurants and bars. Lovely decor and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Good stay!

Quiet area Well located, easy to find, and check in/out The apartment had what we needed (well equipped) Clean beds and towels Apartment staff was reachable, responsive, and responsible

There is no street park around The apartment floor wasn't very clean (some dust and hair) The ventilation in the bathroom was not good, which allowed a bad smell to linger in the area, especially after the situation with the drain in the shower

aggiungerei le tapparelle in sala e il microonde. Per il resto la casa era pulita e nuova.

la casa era pulita e nuova

non ci sono le tapparelle, ci sono poche padelle/pentole; non c'è il microonde.
