Hôtel récent et très bien entretenu par 2 jeunes. Ils m'ont aidé en servant d'intermédiaire afin de régler un problème avec le loueur de voiture et je les en remercie. Petit déjeuner en self service varié et de bonne qualité. Parking gratuit mis à disposition par l'hotel à proximité qui dépanne bien. 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et 2 d' une supérette. Café à coté. Chambre et SDE spacieuses.
mettre des numéros de chambre sur les portes afin de se repérer plus facilement la 1ere fois..

The staff are lovely, the location fantastic and they had great breakfasts. On the morning we travelled to Shala River, they packed us a great travel breakfast.

La Literie est excellente, la douche spacieuse et le service très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et varié. Très bon emplacement à 10 minutes du centre à pied et parking gratuit à proximité de l’hôtel.
Certaines améliorations pourraient être réalisées facilement comme une poubelle dans la chambre et un petit meuble dans la salle de bains pour poser les trousses de toilette. Je suggère également de mettre une machine à café et une bouilloire dans l’espace petit déjeuner pour se servir soi-même.
Un peu de bruit dans la rue notamment des chiens qui aboient en pleine nuit.

An absolutely wonderful hotel and a truly excellent experience from start to finish.
Everything was exceptional — the location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the service is outstanding.
What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the team. Everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, generous, and attentive. They truly know how to take care of their guests and pay attention to every small detail to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
I honestly cannot mention a single negative point about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
