This was perfect stay for Skoder. Great location and clean comfortable rooms. We also had a fridge!

Hotel in a lovely old building a short walk from the city centre and buses to and from Shkoder. It's a family run hotel and the family are very kind and welcoming. They came to sort our AC when it wasn't working late at night. The included breakfast is good and coffee and cake are served early for those going out on trips before the breakfast time of 8am. The rooms are a good size and there are nice coffee shops nearby.
It can be a little noisy at times but nothing too problematic.

It was very clean.
The staff speaks only Albanian, which made communication quite difficult. Since excursions from the location require leaving around 6:00 in the morning due to the long distances involved, we requested packed breakfasts in advance. Unfortunately, the packed breakfast was not provided on either of the two days.
