Very nice and helpful staff (we booked it last-minute), solid kitchen and common space (but no AC there), simple but clean and functioning equipment.
Larger people might prefer the shared bathroom over the rather small (and roof-cut) private one on the 1st floor. Four-bed room could have one double bed.

I really enjoyed this place. Location is in a quiet residential area, but very close to the citycenter. The garden is beautiful, and i enjoyed the balcony a lot. The hosts are very friendly, and helpfull. They let me park my bike in the garage, safe and very nice.
