Hotel was new and clean. Eugene was very helpful and polite.
Had to request blanket and toilet tissue and there was no space in the bathroom to put your items. The shower water ran onto the floor, you consistently had to use a squeegee mop to contain the water due to the poor design.

קודם כל חייב לומר תודה לשירות של בעלי המלון. הם היו זמינים לכל דבר, שאלו אותנו אם היה חסר/משהו לא בסדר…באמת זה עזר לחוויה.
אמשיך ואומר שהמיקום מצוין, ממש מרכז העיר אבל שקט ובטוח לגמרי ויש חניון דקה הליכה עם חנייה בחינם ללקוחות המלון.
החדר מאוד מודרני ומרווח, ממש תמורה טובה למחיר.
הייתי שמח לשמיכת פוך בלילה מאשר שמיכה דקה

Emplacement parfait, calme et proche du centre, très propre
Pas de personnel sur place, en cas de problème c’est embêtant
Manque d’éléments pour accrocher les serviettes ou poser les vêtements, c’est dommage car de simples détails peuvent faire la différence dans le côté pratique

The property is kept in immaculate condition and looks stunning at night. The host greeted us at the door (whilst also allowing us to check in early!) and was very friendly and personable. We had a great time, the room was very nice, and we managed to get to the castle in under 40 minutes walk from the accommodation. It was also conveniently a 7 minute walk from the main bus stop (and 3 minutes to the Main Street/restaurant area) which we used the morning after our stay.
