Overall this is a very nice house - they did a great job on the renovation and its perfectly located. I also loved how all the beach toys were already at the house (cruiser bikes, surfboards, SUPs, wagon, umbrellas, beach chairs, balls et etc)
Communication and interaction with management was mediocre at best. The kitchen had an ant problem nearly the entire stay. The refrigerator was faulty, despite the manager insisting it wasn't. And management trying to charge $485 for mid stay clean when they quoted me $400 in a text. There is AC in the bedrooms and it works great. There is no AC in the main living areas and it can get quite warm and stuffy, even when windows have been open and fans running. No welcome amenity or coffee in the house, which isn’t a problem of course, but it is nice to have.
