The property is very near to Serenity beach so you can watch the beautiful sunrise. It has all the required facilities. We enjoyed having dinner sitting on the bench and table in the balcony. You can also bask under the morning sun there. The hosts are very polite and make sure to provide everything that you need.
The mattresses are too soft for senior citizens. Not good for back pain.
Also, the location is a little far away from the center.

The stay was awesome. Room was especially clean and pleasant. Service requests were promptly responded. Terrace bed is a unique favourite from here - was thoughtfully designed. The common dining area had good breeze all day, overall making the stay enjoyable.
Everything was fine. Provision of breakfast could have been an added feature.
