We had a great stay at Katia’s place. Our ferry from Barcelona to Civitavecchia was delayed by nearly six hours, so instead of arriving in Rome around 11:00–11:30pm as planned, we didn’t reach the apartment until around 5:00–5:30am. Despite this, the host stayed up and waited for us so that he could personally hand over the keys. We had agreed to the €30 late check-in charge based on arriving around 11pm, but waiting for us until early morning because of circumstances completely outside our control really felt like going above and beyond, and we greatly appreciated it.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were thoughtful little touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits and other essentials already provided. There was also a piano in the apartment, which our young daughter absolutely loved playing during our stay. Overall, it felt welcoming, comfortable and well looked after.
Nothing significant. We were very happy with the apartment and especially grateful for how accommodating the host was given our extremely delayed arrival.

Beautiful apartment in an interesting multi-kulti part of Rome, with good connections to public transport. Garage was just down in the building by friendly Indian guys and it was not expensive.

It have all of the amenities you need, veeeery close to bus stop that take you to centrum, very nice and responsive host. House is a lot bigger than the pics. Definetely stay here again when we back to Rome.
