Resortlike. Communicative host. If you didn’t want to leave, you didn’t need to. Pool. Hot tub. Pool table. TV in every room & outside. Full covered BBQ patio. Shaded gazebo. Shaded conversation area. Games. Fabulous massage chair. Massive seating inside and out. Complete kitchen setup. Just bring your own food, drinks & condiments. Felt like home. Nice furnishings.
Not a lot of choice in nearby restaurants but did find a Cattlemen’s steakhouse without going into the city. Of course there’s Door Dash for most everything else so it’s not much of a “didn’t like”.

I like how there was an extra bathroom and shower seperate from the house for the pool. Cute stray cats sometimes would hang out. Message chair is really nice, downside is that it was in someone's bedroom.
Sad that there's a $50 extra charge to use the hot tub. When the property mentions an amenity in the name I didn't think I would have to pay extra for what they're advertising. Also the threat of extra cleaning fees for "white film" on the pool and hot tub. Seems greedy. Black widow spiders spotted all around the outside pool area. Scary.

Loved the setup and backyard. The host is very quick at responding from before arrival and throughout your stay which is great! Super cute home and comfy. Would defiantly recommend and would stay again if we were in the area.
The hot tub fee is not included in your stay. The separate fee is to clean the hot tub which is understandable, however it was not as clean as it could of been. Nothing major, we did use it once but if your paying extra or specifically for cleaner, you want it as clean as possible and don't want to have to wipe it down inside where the head rests are or corners of some dirt and pick up the popsicle sticks/wrappers from the last person.
