The place is fantastic. There are a few properties in the same area, some with upstairs accommodation and a duplex bedroom and some on the ground floor.
We had an upstairs room and the space was fantastic. The bedrooms were a great size and although we were only 4 people the property would easily accommodate 8 if needed.
A very nice living area with TV and fast Internet. A large dining table and the kitchen has everything you need and more.
We had a very nice balcony seating area. (other properties had a patio and grassed area) and a very nice space.
I think the properties are new and everything has been thought of.
The owners are very quick to reply and very friendly in their communication
You can't really compare the price to a hotel room as you are booking an entire house and so if 3 couples were sharing it is great value
There's lots of activities on site and some nice paths for walking.
We ended up booking due to another accommodation cancelling on us and that turned out to be a stoke of luck!
There's no aircon, which some people would downvote, but the building is well designed and with doors and windows open the place keeps cool. There's a great heating system and so in the winter would be very cosy!

It said 3 bathrooms. It was one en suite with shower, one communal bathroom with bath and a separate WC.
Rooms were too hot. Sun Comes in to the many windows on the back- you need to shut the curtains after servicing the room to keep the rooms from being too hot.
Check in by 4 and out by 10 is hard for a large group.
Maybe 3pm and 11am would be more sociable?

Everything was lovely. Great place to stay.
Would have awarded 10 had there not been something unpleasant to wipe off the ensuite bathroom wall when we got there.
