location was lovely. Although in the middle of town, it was quiet and the courtyard a real bonus. We did meet the owner who was a perfect host I would promote this to others as a lovely place.

no breakfast
Had an enjoyable stay Very clean with tea.Coffee and milk provided. only negative would be the skylight above the bed letting in the light very early in the morning. It is very convienient for everything in Brightlingsea.

Every thing about these rooms are perfect. We had both the rooms that are available for a family party up the road & they are faultless! Bright, airy, spacious & immaculately clean. Half between the high st & waterfront so perfect in every aspect.

There was no breakfast, staff were good.
It's a shame you couldn't do a breakfast. Also I think you should put shower gel in shower instead of a bar of soap.
