Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. Posizione strategica, sopra la fermata Toledo ci ha permesso di muoverci in maniera agevole in tutta la città. Staff cordiale e disponibile.

Essendo su una piazza centrale si sente un po’ di rumore la notte.

Posizione strategica.

Non mi è piaciuto: il mancato trasferimento del taxi dell'arrivo, dall'areoporto all' appartamento ( dopo aver fatto tutta la procedura con la comunicazione del volo e gli orari dell'arrivo, confermandoci un mono volume per un gruppo di 5 persone con bagaglio). All'arrivo: non c'era nessun taxi....chiamato booking servizio assistenza clienti, non risolvendo il problema areccatoci. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare, cosa non gradita, visto che il servizio era compreso nella prenotazione. Mi auguro: ché per la prossima volta, cose del genere non succedano più.
