DONT STAY HERE! PEACOCK PARC MNGT IS A SAD MNGT COMPANY

DONT STAY HERE! Peacock Parc Mngt company is just sad. Poor communication style and even worse attention to the property and the needs of the guest. Their communication style is confrontational, condescending, and unprofessional. One of the members of my party has stage 4 cancer and we rented this property because it had a hot tub and hot tubs help this person with the side effects of chemo. We were here for 5 days. The hot tub wasnt working when we arrived and not "fixed" until the afternoon before we left. After they said it was fixed it shut down with an "OH" code for overheating. This fix only happened after 8 or so back and forth phone calls and emails to address the problem.We were told that "there are things on the property more important than the hot tub". How do they know whats important to us? There are plenty of comparable properties you should pic over this one. The shower heads are extremely low. The master bath is small with a slanted wall over the toilet and sink that i banged my head on several times. the shower head is at 5'6" which means your head needs to be around 5' to wash your head....Im 6'1" and I dont want to do squats in the shower. Kitchenware is hodgepodge and very worn. There is also NO firewood provided despite what the pictures show.
