Loved the location. Being in the administrative zone, traffic is so much better here. It's close to the local market and there's Fuji Mart right across the street. Many cafes abound nearby and a few attractions like Ho Chi Minh Memorial and a botanical park. The apartment is also just a few seconds walk from the main road. Though the room I booked was dark despite having the balcony, it was still nice. The bed was so comfortable and there are so many lockers to keep your things. The kitchenette comes with the necessary utensils. The free drinking water was also a plus point. And despite being close to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I loved it so much that I extended my stay to one month. The owners are also very responsive. Overall, I had a wonderful time.
The WiFi is quite glitchy, especially the connection on TV. Goes off occasionally just when you want to watch something on YouTube.
The bedsheets and towels smell musty all the time due to being dried in the dryer as there is no place to dry naturally. Guess they can't do anything about it.
(Should any future guest land up on the road where Fuji Mart stands, you can use the picture attached below to get to the apartment. I landed up on this side the first time and had a difficult time trying to find the place as there is no signboard on this side.)
