Breakfast and staff were excellent. Room was clean and cleaned daily. No safe in room. No secure area to leave luggage for the day. Staff are willing to hold luggage for the day in a room frequented by many individuals. The hotel is located at the end of a narrow alley making it more challenging for Grab drivers to pick up and drop-off. Pool looked good but did not try. Neighborhood has lots of every day city life in Vietnam-fish and chicken being cleaned, families and friends gathered eating outside in front of buildings and some construction. Though very quiet from 11pm-7am for sleeping.

All the staff at the reception on various shifts were very pleasant and outgoing to help with our needs.
Communication is a bit of problem but they tried their best to meet the customers requests.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Very small rooms like most high density areas. The road this property is on was the only disappointment as taxi drivers could not find it.
