Straight forward checking in service no headache just how we all expect after travelling whilst having a normal busy stressful day in the office which doesn't really stop at 5pm like most people unfortunately I am also constantly working from home on the laptop until I close my eyes as I am self employed so of course I earn as much ad I put in whilst I don't have no boss to answer to other than customers either complaining or sharing good feedback
When error is made something as a complimentary gesture apologies for the mistake made should most definitely be offered without no hesitation

The location is great, and I appreciated receiving the access information automatically, which made check-in very easy. The heating worked well, and both the room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, which I value a lot. Having a hair dryer, wardrobe, and ironing board was a big plus. Wifi and hot water works good.
However, the property clearly needs maintenance. The door lock felt weak and gave the impression that it was not secure. The carpet is in very poor condition. The duvet on the main bed was dirty, clearly used by a previous guest, with yellow stains and hair, which was extremely unpleasant. I was very tired and only reported it the next morning when a very kind staff member was cleaning other rooms. The second bed was noisy.
The room did not have a TV or a kettle, even though they are shown in the photos. In reality, these are not studios but en-suite rooms. There is no communal kitchen, only a microwave and a small fridge on the ground floor. I was told that none of the rooms had a TV due to a technical issue, but I did not receive any explanation about the missing kettle.
I booked for two nights and was woken up by staff because they confused my checkout date. A few hours later, I was woken up again because they needed to test my key. The second night was awful due to loud noise and a woman screaming around midnight. I could not tell if it was from this property or next door, but there were no apologies or explanations. The noise stopped around 2 a.m.
This place is okay for one emergency night, but it is not suitable for resting, and it is poorly soundproofed. Considering the photos, you feel misled. I also found an old sock behind the sofa from a previous stay. Overall, it has potential, but it needs serious improvements and better honesty in the listing.
