Family Friendly unit with exceptional panoramic view of the gulf, beach, pool, and courtyard. 2Br 2BA 3rd floor unit by elevator or stairs, Master BR with king, 2nd BR with 2-doubles, and a sleeper sofa make this on-the-beach unit comfy for 8. From the private balcony you can watch the water, survey the beach, keep an eye on kids in the courtyard or at the pool, nap, read, cook dinner on an electric grill, dine in the open Gulf breeze, or just chill. Spacious living room with flat screen, cable with SEC Sports channel, DVD, wireless internet, dinning table, furniture made for lounging. This non-smoking unit has TVs in all bedrooms, a washer & dryer, dish washer, plenty of kitchenware, LVP flooring in the bedrooms and tile elsewhere. Grab a book from the in-unit library and enjoy our "take one and leave one" book policy. Non smoking
Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!

We have stayed at silver dunes for 5 years now and we love it and have always had great condos except this one. The furniture is all way outdated, the sofa bed in the living room was very unclean and unsanitary, I could not even let my kids sleep on it which put us in a bind. All of the bedrooms mattresses need to be updated as well. Other than that everything is always so nice at silver dunes. Just won’t stay in this specific condo again.

Living room furniture needs to be replaced and updated, very uncomfortable. It would be great to have a recliner in the living area. My husband is disabled, so that would make it much more comfortable for him. Patio furniture is a bit rusty.
