The area of the hotel and thalthoe hotel its self
Altough the bar was busy and new staff where being trained i still found the service very slow had to chsse up getting a menu for deseret then nobody came back to get arder after about 30mins again i had to go find someone to take order. Didnt spoil the night as we where not in a hurry and i understand new staff need trained but could have been a few more experainced staff on to help the few that were rushed of their feet trying to keep customers happy while helping the new starts. Overall food was excellant and in previous visits service has been excellant so i know this is an issue which could happen anythere when new staff are being trained did not put us of returnin

The room was large and the beds were comfortable.
The shower needs updating.

The breakfast was good and everybody was very kind.
Hotel was very clean
Ideal location if you plan to walk in the Mourne mountains
Room was ok but a bit old, beds are small and not super comfortable.
Try to not book on a bingo day...
