The place was a perfect location if you are looking to experience a tranquil and serene visit to Dr. Bobs. The neighborhood is so beautiful to walk with all the beautiful landscaping and old brick streets. I would highly recommend maybe adding an air mattress or something other than the dilapidated pull out sofa bed, very uncomfortable. The queen size bed was nice though has a new firm mattress. The steps are a little steep going up. It was nice that people leave some random things and we contributed some coffee and other perishables. Will definitely stay again.

We appreciated the full size frig, fully functioning stove/oven and comfortable bed. We like to cook in so a useful kitchen matters to us. A single ceiling light made it hard to see at the stove or sink. Be advised that there are no cooking dishes for the microwave and minimal dishes generally. No large bowls, basic silverware, nothing for servingThe bathtub curtain is too long so you have to be very careful. The description stated that there were stairs but these are long and quite steep, so bear this in mind. I found it safer to go down backward so that the step did not hit the back of my ankles.Generally it was adequate but dark in all the rooms. Could use a lamp or two.
