Very good hotel. Very helpful, moved rooms after initially having room opposite lift noise.

Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest.
Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window.
Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning.
There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud.
Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open.
Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but needs some improvement.
