Welcome to your modern mountain getaway, Sage Ridge Retreat! Enjoy full access to Coosawattee River Resort’s awesome amenities—pools, tennis/pickleball, fitness center, river tubing, mini golf & more. This 2BR/2BA home (built 2022) features a cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and a back porch with another gas fireplace. Family-friendly with games, smart TVs, and all the comforts of home. Close to wineries, orchards, hiking, waterfalls & downtown Ellijay-perfect for your next adventure!

-Split floor plan: When you enter, you're greeted by an open floor plan with high ceilings. The living space separates our bedrooms, with our primary on the left and second bedroom to the right.

- Keurig and a drip coffee maker-creamers and sugar provided. Not a coffee fan? We also stock tea!
-Fully stocked so you can whip up your favorite home cooked meal

-Dining table for 4 with 2 additional stools at the kitchen island

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
*Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower

*Living Room: We have a pull out couch with a full sized bed. Please note we have an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room centered in our home.
BATHROOMS:
We supply bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Our back porch is the perfect place to kick back with your morning coffee and enjoy the gas firepit while listening to the sounds of nature. With a lounging area and a high top table, you could spend the whole day out here!
COOSAWATEE RIVER RESORT:
5,500 acre resort with jam packed amenities:
Indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools (seasonal), river access for tubing and kayaking, stocked fishing pond (fishing license required), fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, mini golf course, game room with arcade and pool tables, picnic areas with grills, playgrounds, dog park, nature trails, 24/7 gated security, on-site general store, clubhouse lounge areas, scheduled activities and events.
Recreation Center is just 1 minute drive away from the house.
OUTDOOR POOLS:
Foxhound and Riverside outdoor pools are a 15 minute drive.

Being surrounded by the woods means you’re truly one with nature! While we do have regular pest control, you may still encounter a few adventurous insects.
We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 fee.

Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.

August 11-15, 2025. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Our favorite part was the back porch/deck. The furniture on the porch was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed rocking away. The home was well appointed and everything we need was available at our fingertips. We highly recommend booking a stay. The host gave excellent and timely information.

Great location. Easy to get to and park. The house was brand new. No complaints at all! Wife and daughter stayed at the pools most days. They said it was really nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautifully decorated with a calming sage theme throughout that made it feel so cozy and welcoming. The back deck quickly became our favorite spot—perfect for morning coffee and evening wine with a view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.Getting to the home was a breeze, even with a regular front-wheel-drive vehicle. The resort itself had so much to offer—three pools, a game room, putt-putt, a fitness center, and more. It was the ideal balance of relaxation and fun. We most certainly will be back!
