Found this close to the area I needed to be around to. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere this home provided. Only draw back is only having 1 shower but this had a half bathroom (one shower and 2 toilets). The house was big enough for the 7 of us to be comfortable and not feel overcrowded. I will be using this location in the future when we come to the LA area. Highly recommend and also loved that the host communicated with me very quickly. I also had asked for some recommendations and Gary was able to help me out with some recommendations.

Trying to get information or the host to response was hard. it took some time for response prior to renting.

It works for a stay near Universal Studios. Family of 8. We ended up with 3 folks sleeping on the very comfortable couch. There are only beds for 6. House echos a lot in bathrooms and when walking around house. Neat kitchen, nice fridge and stove. Bedroom with twin beds probably better for little kids and not teens/adults. Can hear the back house neighbor come/go late at night. Overall, it worked and we were happy we stayed there.
