This studio is designed for comfort and functionality in an intimate layout. The queen bed is tucked into a quiet sleeping nook with storage space for belongings, towels, and linens nearby. One full bathroom with a shower/tub combo sits just off the sleeping area. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker so you can prepare meals at your convenience. WiFi is included for streaming and staying connected. The unit has its own private entry and dedicated parking space for one vehicle. Pets are not allowed. Laundry facilities are not available on-site.
Guest Access:
This is a studio located behind the main house on a property with three total dwellings. You'll have your own private entry via a shared walkway. Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a dedicated space.

Scenic 17-Mile Drive entrance is approximately 3 miles away. Point Lobos State Natural Reserve is about 4 miles south on Highway 1.

The location was excellent with easy access both to Carmel By The Sea and Monterey. Stock of basic staples and dinnerware was spotty but adequate. The space could use a few minor repairs and some upgrades such as shelves next to or above the bed for personal items or lighting.

The location was good for Carmel by the Sea which is why I rented it. The place was smaller than I expected as you have to get in bed by climbing in from the foot of the bed because just fits the room. The refrigerator was smaller than even a bar refrigerator and froze everything. The management company was easy to work with and well organized.
