This was an excellent place to stay! It would have been relaxing if I didn’t have 3 children with me. Lol it was clean and quaint. The kids loved the barn doors(too much). The pond was beautiful. I would love to stay here again by myself. :)Only suggestion is a curtain over the front door window. I found a sheet and used that.

This place is so quiet and quaint. Off the beaten path. We sat out back and watched the stars while listening to tree frogs sing and owls in the distance have a conversation. The room is cozy and sweet. The host places plenty of blankets around for sitting out back at night and mint by the bedside. There were drinks in the fridge and ice maker and a coffee machine made for extra comfort in the morning. We were very comfortable here even though we didn't stay long. We will definitely stay again when I. The area and recommend to all our friends.

I really enjoyed this property. So much so that I got a little teary eyed with the sunset. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I heard turkeys talking multiple times. I even had two hummingbirds fly up to me on the back porch. The bed was cozy and comfortable. The shower was HUGE with nice water pressure. If I’m ever passing through mid Missouri I try my best to stay here again. So unique and homey all at once. The host even left me the leftover beverages to consume from a previous tenant. What a wonderful place! I can’t thank them enough for opening this property up for me to stay.
