SECOND FLOOR

THIRD FLOOR

This level includes a comfortable queen ensuite and the spacious primary suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
A fitness/gym area is also available for guests who want to keep up with their routine while traveling.

FOURTH FLOOR
The rooftop is the highlight of the home.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home during their stay, including all four levels, bedrooms and bathrooms, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, private rooftop lounge, outdoor spaces, fitness area, washer and dryer, and garage. The home is exclusively yours during your reservation with no shared indoor spaces.
24/7 self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with a $250 fee per pet. More than 2 pets require prior approval. Please include all pets on your reservation and let us know in advance.

Cancelation Policy
Please refer to the booking platform's cancelation policy. A $100 credit card processing fee may apply if the booking is canceled after the booking has been confirmed.

Fireplace
The fireplace is currently unavailable for guest use. The home is equipped with central heating to ensure a warm and comfortable stay during cooler weather.

Stairs
The home is spread across four levels and does not have an elevator. Guests should be comfortable using stairs.

Security
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.

HOUSE RULES

• Smoking is not permitted inside the home or garage. A $300 fee applies per violation when additional smoke remediation is required.
• Parties, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted at the property.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests at any time. Only guests registered on the reservation are permitted at the property.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
✔ Security Deposit: A $300.00 security deposit is required to access the property. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property. Please ensure the deposit is provided promptly to avoid any issues before check-in.
✔ TRUVI formerly SuperHog ID Verification. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we've partnered with Know Your Guest (TRUVI formerly SuperHog), a trusted leader in guest screening for vacation rentals. Before your booking is finalized, we ask that you complete a brief verification process with Know Your Guest. This will involve confirming your details, and verifying your ID.
