This home was comfortable and accommodated a large group of 10. It was conveniently located next to a station as well as grocery and convenient stores. Su was such a kind, gentle, helpful, and responsive host. We were so glad to have discovered this location for our family adventure in Tokyo!

Incredibly helpful and accommodating, all of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and she went above and beyond in regards to assuring that our stay was as good as it can be. I would definitely book here again!

Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out.
