An amazing space. Perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The decorations give it a cosy feel and the big windows let in so much light. We didn’t have to travel far for our shopping at there is a Lidl down the road. Would definitely recommend and use again.
The lower toilet is a little loose. We stuck to the bathroom upstairs. Access to the shower is a bit tight but the shower itself is amazing.

It was a short drive to the NEC which is why we chose the location .Beds were very comfortable.Spacious bedrooms and great shower.Plenty of storage in the bedrooms Comfy sofas and the addition of Sky TV and free wi Fi was a nice touch.Overall the cleanliness was ok apart from one or two issues in the kitchen area.There was a washing machine which was unexpected
Our original booking( which looked beautiful but was in the same area)became unavailable with this provider a few days before travel and they offered this accommodation as second choice...not ideal but we had to accept as we had no alternative.
I didn't realize there were stairs up to the main living area to access the property once going through the front door.I was attending Festival of Quilts so had a lot of cases and boxes to transfer from the car to the property .The car park is not directly near the property .You have to go through a gate, down some steps and then a short walk to the front door .This caused difficulties with trolleys I was using to transport my items .There is an overhanging crab apple tree on the path to the front door and loads of apples had dropped causing an obstruction and I was worried about crushed apples soiling the wheels and then bringing that into the apartment.It took me nearly 50 mins and multiple trips to empty my car and I was exhausted after that and having to carry everything up the flight of carpeted stairs to enter the property.
The flat was very warm and so we had to keep windows open all the time .Ceiling fans or fans would be useful in the summer months .The problem with keeping the window open is it's on a flight path for the airport and near a very busy road so the noise with the windows open meant little sleep .Lots of road noise into the early hours.Beyond the control of the owners but just to make future boomers aware..it's not the place if you want some peace and quiet.
The flat overall was clean apart from the inside of the kitchen cupboards.Some of the cups and bowls had chips and cracks in .We took our own so we didn't use those .I did wash all the cutlery and dishes and glasses before we used them and I had to wipe the cupboards as they were quite dirty inside .We didn't cook in the flat The toaster didn't work one side and the left knob kept falling off so we gave up on having toast for breakfast
The Bathroom window would not open so we kept the light on longer so the extractor dealt with the steam .
