Аппартаменты превзошли все ожидания.. Очень чисто, очень комфортно. Есть абсолютно всё, что нужно. Плюс отличная шумоизоляция, казалось, что мы вообще одни в здании. И наш ребенок (2.5 года) чувствовал себя как дома.
Заселение без контакта с персоналом было для меня в новинку, но я осталась довольна. Благодаря очень подробным инструкциям, всё прошло без единой заминки. С удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз.

Location was amazing! Booking the apartment with the Eiffel Tower view is totally worth it! Very close to the metro but as a family of 4 we found getting Ubers similar price and a great way to see Paris! The Korean bbq restaurant at the end of the road is also excellent. The apartment comes with everything you need and the sofa bed was very comfortable. Also loved the Rituals products in the shower.

Spacious ground flood studio, clean, great location, great app, good kitchen appliances and tea bags and such, good comms (though not super focused on solutions to problems); lots to like if it hadn't been for the smell issue
Atrocious sewer smell every single night during our 5-night stay (flagged and not resolved by the team; no discounts or offers to move; advised to "leave the bathroom door open to dilute the stench" so clearly not an unknown issue) - this really killed the trip. It was a pipe/construction problem in our opinion, not a cleaning problem (even though the team sent a lovely cleaner to address the matter when she of course couldn't) + quite a few small bugs in the living room and bedroom + a pretty bad TV system and uncomfortable TV corner
