There was always someone at reception to help, which was very nice. The staff overall were excellent and always ready to assist with anything. The free cold water available in the reception area was especially appreciated during the August summer heatwave. The location is good, in a calm neighborhood with easy access to the metro.

The location is good. Very convenient as it’s very close to the metro and supermarkets. All the staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were always smiling and very friendly!
The room and the bathroom are tiny. If you are a big person it’s almost impossible to close the shower door. No table to have a meal. Only one chair even though it’s a double room. We also had to pay an unexpected tax fee at the check in.
