May have being better if it was winter...

Fun quest to get into the apartment, with all the codes and "find the right door". Great location in the city center, real close the central train station. Could have being a cool view, if only...

Construction work ongoing, making balcony unusable and view... unviewable o_O Bathroom ceiling falling apart. Quite some mold in bathroom. Broken shower head handler. Second (sofa) bad was not prepared (no sheets or anything) even despite it was explicitly requested. AI bot said "request is noted" - well, apparently it was not. But the biggest thing is air conditioner, which was there, but was not working. I wouldn't peek this apartment if AC was not declared - but yeah, it's there. And it was a heat-wave day, so about +39 outside at the peak, and about +32 inside at night, which kinda ruined the whole stay - i was expecting to have some rest before early flight, and obvisouly i didn't.

Overall, a very pleasant stay in a fantastic central location.

The property is ideally located in the heart of the city centre, in a highly prominent and convenient area. A wide selection of cafés and restaurants are nearby, all within easy walking distance. Large shopping centres as well as vibrant street shopping options are also close by, making it an excellent location for both leisure and everyday needs.

I was expecting there to be a microwave oven, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one. That was the only issue I had with the property, as it would have been quite useful. The flat faces the main street, which may be a little noisy if you are not used to city traffic. However, the bedroom is located on the quieter side of the building, which makes it much more peaceful. In addition, the area becomes very quiet later in the night.

Very good location, but the facilities need improvements.

The location of the property was excellent, being really close to the Palace of Culture and Centrum metro station.

The property wasn’t as clean as you would expect, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors and the floors creaks at almost each step. Also it’s not really suitable for 3 persons, you have a small bedroom for 2 persons and a couch on the open space, but when we tried to extend the couch we saw that is broken.

Comfortable Apartment with Excellent Location, Minor Inconveniences

The apartment is excellently located, everything is within easy reach. It’s about a 10-minute leisurely walk to the train station and around 30 minutes to the Old town. Nearby, there are plenty of shops and cafes. You can step out onto a small balcony to enjoy views of the surroundings. Check-in was done via a code, which was nice because it wasn’t tied to a specific time, allowing for flexibility.

The check-in instructions took a long time to arrive, and I started to get a bit nervous. When I finally got the code for the lock, it didn’t work, so I had to use roaming internet to sort it out and get the new code. Also, the Wi-Fi SSID name and password weren’t right, so I had to find the info on the router itself Despite these issues, the apartment was comfortable and well-situated, making for an overall good stay.

W łazience odpadl kawałek elewacji sufitu,brak korka do wanny i zlewu.Urwany uchwyt od natrysku,Brak środków do czyszczenia w łazience.Drzwi od balkonu zamykają się bardzo ciężko,Drzwi wejściowe trzeba mocno nacisnąć przy górnym zamku,żeby móc zamknąć je od środka.Zero kontaktu z właścicielem obiektu po przybyciu na miejscu.Zacłony wypadają z karniszy nie ma blokad na końcu są źle zaczepione ,części nie można przesunąć. W sypialni jedna kołdra podwójna(wolę dwie pojedyńcze)
