Beautiful hotel, great rooms and spotlessly clean. Breakfast impressive and the staff were incredible. Amazing eating options just a close walk nearby.
The pool and gym area should have women's hours (currently only available for men) - I was disappointed I couldn't use these facilities. I also had issues with wifi connectivity in my room, but the staff were great in facilitating better access.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the furniture feels new, and it provides all the facilities a guest may need. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and very responsive. When I asked to change my room, the reception handled my request very quickly and professionally and offered me a much larger room with a bigger bathroom and a beautiful view overlooking Gulan Street. This completely changed my experience and made my stay much more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. The location is also excellent, with many good restaurants and shopping options nearby. I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention of the hotel staff and management.
The first room I was given was very clean, but it was quite small, including the bathroom. I was also not happy with the view from the window, as the outdoor AC unit was directly in front of it, with some bird droppings on top, which made the view rather unpleasant. However, I really appreciated the quick response from the reception, who immediately arranged a much better room for me

المكان جدا نظيف ومريح الى ابعد الحدود الغرف واسعه وبيها برنده سمارت تعامل الموظفين رائع ومدراء الفندق ممتازين في التعامل القاعه الرياضيه جدا مودرن وحلوه والمسبح والحمامات نظيفه الفطور متنوع وكله طيب
