Location is great at the heart of Salim street, close to almost all restaurants and markets in walking distance, very clean and comfortable, pool is great , front desk staff very friendly specially Shann and Nesma, they were very helpful and professional.
Car park available which is very helpful to shop around and back.

The staff all of them are very professional and friendly specially Nasmma with her comforting smileat reception and Ghazal at the spa thank you all guys and thanks for the free room upgrade.
Unfortunately we had a very exhausting experience as the power in our room went out during the night for two consecutive nights due to a technical issue. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and professional, but management really needs to fix these recurring facility issues
