طاقم الاستقبال رائعين
طاقم التنضيف جدا جدا رائعين واسلوب جميل
طاقم صالة الفطور جدا رائعين وخصوصا الأخ المصري ذو اسلوب مرح بالحديث شخص رائع
1- توقف المصعد فجئتا لمدة طويلة.
2- انقطاع الماء لمدة ساعتان.
3- كانت حفلة واصوات عاليا جدا اول ايام العيد لم نستطيع النوم
4- ضوء انارة الغرفة جدا سيئه.
5- من المفترض ان يكون هنالك باب بين الصالة وغرفة النوم ( غرفتي كانت جناح ) كما في باقي بعض الفنادق 5 نجوم.
6 - من المفترض يكون كراج وقوف السيارات في فندق 5 نجوم تحت الارض كما في اغلب فنادق ل 5 نجوم عنده رجوعي الى الفندق بعض الاحيان لم اجد مكان لوقوف سيارتي.
7- المسبح صغير جدا لكن نضيف جدا .
