Очень доброжелательный персонал, помогли с трансфером и обменом!
Приятный интерьер у номеров, единственный минус это следы от чемоданов на стенах и немного грязная вытяжка, но это абсолютно не критично)
Проблем с коммуникациями не было, все работало

The staff were excellent and extremely helpful with everything, especially ANNA , from using the Grab or local app to recommending sightseeing spots, good food, and even beauty places. There are nearby restaurants offering local and Japanese food, plus coffee shops. Lotte Mall is within walking distance, but you need a car to reach the Old Quarter. The room was comfortable, we stayed in with two beds. We stayed in a room with two beds. The toilet and shower seemed smaller compared to the single-bed room.
There is no car parking directly in front of the hotel due to the one-way road, so luggage needs to be unloaded quickly however the staff handle it well.

The hotel itself is fine — the location is convenient, and the staff were helpful in fixing the broken window.
There has been no support or follow-up from Booking.com when I contacted them through the app.
Booking.com did not show that the room payment is cash only and that credit cards are not accepted.
The check-in time shown on the app was from 12:00, but in reality, it was from 14:00.
