Very acceptable accommodation for our needs clean & tidy & fairly comfortable

Great location for our needs & requirements to be near our family Nice clean & tidy accommodation Good fridge, microwave , oven & hob Toaster & kettle looked new

Bed mattress either needs a topper or better mattress . Very basic lay out & lacking proper food preparation & cooking utensils etc. cutlery not matching in sets etc. No oven glove, only one T towel all the knives blunt & no sharpener. Iron was covered in black stuff & not serviceable, stains on settee These issues can all be improved on by just a simple site check & inventory. Also thing checkout time could be later 11:30 / 12 noon, still gives plenty of cleaning time before the next guests arrive.
