Très très décu car propriété surévaluée par Booking.com
Logement pas prêt a notre arrivée, Intérieur très négligé terrasse aussi. Ca ne valait pas du tout le prix payé , lumières brulées au plafond, tapis détrempé dans le bain ,frigidaire bosselé ,fourneau dégueulasse avec vitre brisée insalubre et intérieur du four très très sale, planchers balayés mais non lavés, 3 stores brisés, contours des portes et fenêtres sales avec bibites .Franchement inacceptable pour de fidèles clients de Booking.com vous devriez réévaluer cet établissement.

ONLY location ruined by poor maintenance and unacceptable service.
The only positive aspect of this property was its location. It is close to the lake and offers a nice view. Unfortunately, beyond the location, almost every other part of our stay was disappointing.

This was one of the most disappointing stays I have experienced on Booking.com. I have used Booking.com since 2012 and rarely leave negative reviews, but this property was far below the expected standard.
The biggest issue was that we booked for 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children), but the property only provided bedding, towels, and essentials for 4 people. The sofa bed shown in the photos was just a converted sofa, with no proper bedding or blankets. I contacted the host immediately on the first night. They said it was late and a holiday, and promised the missing items would be delivered the next day. Before leaving the next morning, I reminded them again that we had two children who needed blankets. However, when we returned that evening, nothing had been delivered and no one had come to help. After contacting them again, there was still no real solution. We paid for 6 guests but only received service for 4.
The property condition was also much worse than the photos. The house was outdated, with damaged curtains throughout and clear signs of poor maintenance. The advertised coffee and supplies were almost nonexistent, even after checking all cabinets.
Outdoor privacy was another serious issue. There was no proper fence, and neighboring guests could walk freely near our windows and shared outdoor areas. The advertised SPA was also unavailable because it was blocked off with a rope.
The Wi-Fi did not work on the first day. We were told to restart the router, but there was no router inside the house. When it eventually worked, the connection was extremely slow and almost unusable.
There were many mosquitoes and insects due to the location. One night, insects were even flying around the ceiling light above the bed. The air conditioning was insufficient, making some rooms uncomfortable, especially for a family with children and seniors.
The management company responded to messages, but problem-solving was very poor. Most replies did not lead to any action.
