Location is ideal.
Bed was comfortable.
It was not made clear enough in the listing that there is no elevator! My request to get a lower floor bc of mobility issues was handled poorly. One hand towel and 2 rolls of TP for ten days. Hallway carpet badly stained.

It was a great look, however, I have many small issues that made my stay less enjoyable. Although they were all resolved in the end.
Booking through here means that you have to pay extra for cleaning (85€) and the cleaning quality was poor.
Things were broken (toilet paper holder, wardrobe, window closers) but eventually repaired
Noisey construction site and plant equipment outside so you cannot sleep with an open window

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Schnitt der Wohnung.
Die Baustelle im Hinterhof und die dauerhafte Lüftungsanlage, die auch unter der Woche nach Benzin gestunken hat. Dadurch kann in der Wohnung nicht richtig gelüftet werden und die Bauarbeiten waren sehr laut.
