Location, inside space and separate AC unit for each rooms
Parking was few mins walk away from the apt. and one of the bedrooms main light didn’t work. Only one floor lamp worked, but it wasn’t a big deal

Rymlig och stor lägenhet på fjärde våningen med två fullt utrustade badrum. Sköna sängar och generösa sällskapsytor.
Välstädat med några få undantag (fläckar på väggar).
Smidig incheckning och bra läge nära floden samt mataffärer.
Lägenhetens faktiska adress stämmer inte överens med adressen på bokningssidan, utan ligger 15–20 minuters promenad längre söderut (i ett annat område). En del av möblerna var slitna och nedsuttna. Personalen på plats talade inte engelska, men kommunikationen löstes hjälpligt med Google Translate.

sehr großes geräumiges Apartment super Restaurant und Cafe ein paar Schritte entfernt. Freundliches Personal bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Erhilt hilfreiche Whats app informationen zum Apartment und während des Aufenthälts Kostenfreier Parkplatz auch am Sonntag am Abreisetag konnten wir den ganzen Tag noch parken
etwas renovierungsbedürftig , die Adresse stimmte nicht mit der in booking.com überein daher war es weiter weg von öffentlichem Verkehr aber wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs daher störte es uns nicht

It was clean, upon request they brought coffee for the coffee machine
The address of the apartment listed on the platform is not the real address of the apartment. On the platform it's one, on the registration site it's another, and on WhatsApp they sent a third. As a result, the apartment is not 1 km from the center, but 2.6 km. I was with elderly parents, and the distance from the center was critically important. Moreover, on the way back, we had to go up a slope. When I wrote about the problem with the location, they didn't even try to help.
The Wi-Fi works poorly, the shower is broken.
