Il personale ha salvato il salvabile, ma per un'occasione speciale è stata una grande delusione.

L'assoluta disponibilità e prontezza del personale. Di fronte a una serie di gravi imprevisti legati alla struttura, si sono fatti in quattro per trovare soluzioni immediate

Praticamente tutto il resto. La villa non corrispondeva alla descrizione. Il divano letto era sporco, rovinato e inutilizzabile per due persone. La piscina (il motivo principale per cui avevo scelto questo resort) era inagibile a causa delle alghe, quindi hanno dovuto svuotarla completamente e logicamente non abbiamo potuto. Inoltre, la gestione dei pagamenti è stata disastrosa: prima doveva passare su Booking, poi ci hanno detto che potevamo usare la carta in loco, ma all'arrivo pretendevano il pagamento con un QR code probabilmente non compatibile con i nostri circuiti. Abbiamo dovuto sprecare tempo il giorno dopo per andare a prelevare contanti. Avendo prenotato per il compleanno del mio compagno, desideravo un soggiorno senza pensieri e ci sono rimasta davvero male per tutti questi disagi. Struttura assolutamente da rivedere.
