Our overall stay was okay but we were not completely satisfied

The property appeared to be clean.

There was obvious damage to a few walls and the pull out bed. I also called the first day being there about issues we were having with the water temperatures and was told that someone would contact me to come out to look at it and I never heard from anyone. The problem was never fixed. Also, the slide on the kids bed was barely screwed to it and very unsteady. The sliding door did not lock from the balcony to the bedroom.

The property appeared to be clean.

There was obvious damage to a few walls and the pull out bed.
