I felt this was favorite hotel of my trip. It has a friendly laid back atmosphere, the personnel are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that they have there own beach and areas outside your rooms to sit when you just want to get some fresh air. Plus the continuous breeze coming of the ocean was delightful. It's not a big hotel but the rooms big and comfy. And you can walk to the Vineyard Haven ferry.
I can't think of any thing negative to say for the price I got this room for it was perfect for my needs.

The location is very good.
The mattress was very poor, and the worst part was the brightness in the room due to the lack of curtains.
