Overall, great experience. It's clear to see the host put a lot of thought into preparation, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, there was a light duvet and a bit thicker one, decent hair dryer if you need it, laundry gel and softener were provided for, there was a heater just in case. Kitchen equipment was more than sufficient. All the little things that just make your stay a little easier and more comfortable. Like the TV room sofa bed that was simply comfortable. Also, the block of flats is just a nice building with pleasant decor and communal areas, I had only positive interactions with other tenants and the concierge.
For those who are more pedantic or picky I will say that this is a property that is being used and has reasonable and normal signs of wear and tear, some scuff on the bathroom door, or a hard to close balcony window. Realistically in the UK I saw major chains hotel rooms with worse wear and tear.

O apartamento é show e a localização é ótima. O administrador foi muito atencioso, assim como o zelador do prédio. No quarteirão tem lanchonete, farmácia, restaurante e uma estação de metrô, o que tornou a hospedagem muito tranquila.

Boa localização. Anfitrião, porteiro e zelador atenciosos.
O banheiro precisa de reforma, a porta e o armário estão com a madeira estufada por umidade, papeleiro e cabide de toalha quebrados, parede trincada, teto mofado, box empoça água e não seca. Limpeza em geral precisa melhorar. Travesseiros muito ruins. Toalhas e roupa de cama desgastadas. Somente uma toalha de rosto e duas de banho para duas pessoas para três dias de hospedagem. Garagem difícil para carro grande.
